The Lifesmart approach is made up of 3 main principles.
1. Order Of Priority
Your body like anything else in your life, has an order of priority. Sometimes in our anxiety to deal with one issue, we ignore or are unable to see the underlying causes of our discomfort – the issues that need to be dealt with before anything else. Our aim is to show you your own personal order, and get you on the pathway to a complete understanding of your body.
2. Variety, Variety, Variety!
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is all about variety. Lifesmart does not advocate faddy or restrictive diets, nor do we promote one form of exercise above another – what we emphasise is variety. To keep yourself motivated we know you need options to maintain momentum. Once you have grasped the basics we endeavour to continually progress your knowledge and skill base.
3. Prevention And Know How
Preventing the onslaught of pain, cardiovascular related disease and inevitable age related conditions are important issues. Relying on medication as you get older should be a last resort not an eventuality. We are here to change all that. What we want you to have is a longer healthier life!
